Overview

Ethereum smart contracts hold an immutable record of land ownership and transaction history, ArcFace facial recognition with OTP provides multi-factor identity verification, and a hybrid architecture keeps critical ownership data on-chain while managing auxiliary data off-chain for performance. Each completed transaction issues a QR-based digital ownership certificate.

Problem Statement

Land records are a prime target for forgery and quiet alteration, and disputes take years because no one can prove what the register said at a given date. Identity fraud during transfer compounds the problem.

Anchor ownership on-chain so history cannot be rewritten, bind each transaction to a biometrically verified identity, and issue an instantly verifiable QR certificate at completion.
