Overview

Land ownership is recorded on a tamper-proof blockchain register, and smart contracts transfer ownership only after verifying seller, buyer and payment. An integrated payment gateway handles registration fees, stamp duty and transfer charges online.

Problem Statement

Land transfer involves paying fees at one counter, proving payment at another, and trusting that the register was updated correctly afterwards. Every handoff is a point where records and payments can diverge.

Proposed Solution

Make payment a precondition inside the smart contract itself, so ownership transfers atomically with a verified payment and the register cannot fall out of sync with what was actually paid.
