Overview

Manufacturers register unique product identities on-chain at creation, smart contracts log every custody transfer between manufacturer, distributor and retailer, and consumers verify authenticity instantly by scanning a QR or NFC code — with duplicate or invalid IDs flagged automatically.

Problem Statement

Counterfeit goods enter legitimate supply chains at points nobody audits, and a consumer holding the product has no way to tell a genuine unit from a copy of its packaging.

Proposed Solution

Give every unit a cryptographic identity registered at manufacture and tracked through each custody handover, so a scan at point of sale checks the product against an immutable chain of custody.
